By downloading, accessing, or using Nova, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Nova is intended to support awareness and intentional behavior.

Nova is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service.

  • The App provides guidance and awareness tools only
  • It does not guarantee behavioral change or specific outcomes
  • You remain fully responsible for your actions and decisions

Use of the App is at your own discretion.

4. App Functionality

Nova uses Apple’s Screen Time / Family Controls APIs to interact with selected apps.

  • Blocking and interruption behavior depends on system permissions
  • Functionality may vary depending on device, settings, or OS limitations
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Nova may offer paid subscriptions.

  • Subscriptions are handled through Apple’s App Store
  • Prices are shown within the App and may vary by region
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings.

If canceled, access continues until the end of the billing period.

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.

The App is available through subscription options that may include:

  • Weekly subscription
  • Monthly subscription
  • Annual subscription

6. Acceptable Use

You agree:

  • Not to misuse or attempt to bypass the App’s functionality
  • Not to use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Not to reverse engineer or copy the App
